3. Eligibility & Consultation Requirement

4. Appointments & Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or the requirement of a deposit to secure future bookings.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and CareCredit financing. Prices are subject to change without notice.

All sales are final. Refunds are not issued for completed services. In the event of a treatment complication, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
